From 20 to 22 September, on the occasion of the International Day of Bibliodiversity, take part in the 1st edition of the Babelica Fair!
The Babelica Fair, through its online platform, will highlight the diversity of international independent publishing for three days.
Babelica will also offer meetings, debates and round-tables discussions, to be followed live and in several languages. Among the events not to be missed on 21 September: a round-table discussion dedicated to the collective project of the independent publishing’s Guide to Good Practice, which is the result of the reflections shared by the members of the Alliance at the International Conference of Independent Publishers in Pamplona-Iruñea (November 2021). The Guide to Good Practice Guide offers book professionals concrete lines of action on book ecology, social publishing, solidarity publishing, feminist and LGBTQI+ publishing... and presents an inventory of alternative practices, which are an inspiration for tomorrow’s book.
More information on the Babelica platform (and the 2022 programme) in a few days (to be followed on the Alliance’s website and social networks)!
